Everything you need to know
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect: non-conforming material, faulty clip, or moulding defect. It does not cover damage resulting from incorrect fitting (outside the certified network), misuse, or exceptional incidents (accident, vandalism, major impact).
No action required: the warranty is automatically extended to 2 years provided the fitting is carried out by a 5-star certified approved fitter from our network. Please keep your fitting invoice and your AlloyGator purchase receipt.

Yes. AlloyGator offers an international warranty in the country where the product is used. If you move to another country, please contact your local AlloyGator distributor to access the service.
Yes, the system is fully removable and refittable, for example when changing tyres. The warranty remains valid as long as the operation is carried out with the correct tools and by a trained approved fitter. The fitting kit contains everything you need.
Outside of the warranty, you can order a single replacement AlloyGator (Single Replacement) in the original colour, directly from the shop. There is no need to purchase the full set again.
You have 14 days after receipt to make a return (30 days with Delivery Insurance, free label included), and up to 60 days as a goodwill gesture. Product must be unfitted and in its original packaging. Full details on the Returns Policy.
