With the value of alloy wheels continuing to rise, AlloyGator offers a protective strip that sits between the tyre and the rim to protect it from kerb damage.
"Often, when parking, the wheel scrapes against the concrete kerb," explains Jon Gyles, a company representative.
"Our product is designed to absorb the impact and protect the alloy wheel."
AlloyGator protective strips are available in sizes to fit alloy wheels ranging from 12 to 24 inches. They come in 14 colours, including 3 darker shades that blend more discreetly with the tyre.
