In 2018, we made a donation to a great cause to support Stuart Dixon, an AlloyGator wheel protector fan and dedicated charity supporter based in the North West, to help raise funds for Bluewood Hospice.
Stuart has been a fundraiser for important causes for over twenty years.
A passionate Jaguar enthusiast, Stuart owns seven Jaguars. Most are decorated with racing liveries and supporter stickers, and are personalised with our AlloyGator wheel to showcase their original designs. Stuart and his family felt that his race-themed car liveries could be used to help raise funds for invaluable health charities.
Spotting the potential, Stuart began displaying his cars at local exhibitions and motor shows. Over time, Stuart has supported a number of charities, but chose to donate the proceeds from displaying his cars to Bluewood Children's Hospice.
To help raise as much money as possible for the charity, Stuart approached local, national and international businesses and received a great deal of support.
Stuart said that the kind donations from businesses and members of the public were fantastic: "The response has been incredible; we have raised over £72,000 to date. This year, I have bought three more cars. I am going to cover one of the cars in oblong stickers to make two flags and, hopefully, drive it across America.
